At White Label Studio, we take pride in providing premium luxury apparel and footwear with full custom branding. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a specific return policy.

Returns

• Customized products cannot be returned. This includes any items with your logos, embroidery, prints, labels, or custom packaging.

• Returns are only accepted in case of factory defects or production errors.

• Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with clear photos of the defect.

Refunds or Replacements

• If a product is confirmed to have a factory defect, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the defective product, or

  • Refund of the item’s cost (excluding shipping).

• White Label Studio will cover the shipping cost for defective items if approved.

How to Submit a Return Request

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the defective product

3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

Important Notes

• All other products, including properly manufactured and customized items, cannot be returned.

• Always review your branding and customization details carefully before confirming your order.

• Returns for non-customized, non-defective items may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
